Quality control:
Ensure all burgers are prepared to high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
Food safety and hygiene:
Establish and maintain strict food safety practices and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Inventory and cost management:
Manage stock, control waste, and work with suppliers to ensure profitability.
Key skills and experience
Proven experience as a burger chef or in a similar leadership role.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Expertise in burger preparation techniques, including grilling and frying.
Knowledge of inventory systems, stock control, and cost management.
Ability to innovate and create signature sauces and dishes.
