About the job The oil trading company is currently looking for an experienced Bunker/Fuel Oil Trader to join its existing team to further develop its trading volume. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive connections within the energy trading community, including clients and suppliers across the region to promote further the company\'s bunker and FO trading activities

- Back-to-back trading of Bunkers Marine Fuels / LSFO / MGO / HSFO to local, regional, and international clients and bunkering companies.
- Business development, identifying new market opportunities to increase market share and revenue for the company and expand the Company\xe2\x80\x99s business portfolio
- Produce daily pricing and market reports for the region and global bunker markets for clients and suppliers.
- Understand, analyze, and interpret market conditions, identify counterparty needs, provide product and price information, negotiate deals and prepare and process orders, handle administration and general customer queries relating to the sales process;
- Proactively control credit risk ensuring that late payments are chased; costs of claims are minimized; and counterparty financial strength is regularly and carefully considered in conjunction with the Credit Team;
- Develop and execute trading strategies that align with company objectives.
- Manage risk and comply with all regulatory requirements.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in back-to-back bunker trading in the UAE and broader GCC markets (required),
- Extensive network of contacts within the trading sector, including suppliers and clients.
- understanding of the mechanics of trading, including spot trading, futures, options, forward contracts, swaps, ETFs, CFD, bilateral contracts, and physical trading.
