About the Role:

We are looking for a

proactive and results-driven female Business Development Manager

to join our team in Dubai. This is a

remote position

with flexibility, ideal for someone who thrives in an independent work environment. The selected candidate will primarily work from home and will only be required to attend client meetings or company events as needed.

The ideal candidate has a background in IT sales or business development, understands the UAE market, and is confident in building long-term relationships that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Represent the company at meetings, presentations, and networking events. Create and deliver compelling business proposals and sales pitches. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience

in business development or B2B sales (preferably in the UAE).

Mandatory:

Experience in the IT industry or working with an IT services company. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Confident in presenting ideas and pitching solutions to clients. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Fluency in

English

is required;

Arabic

is a plus. Must be based in Dubai or willing to attend in-person meetings when required.
