As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for our recruitment agency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record in sales, and a strong understanding of the recruitment industry.
Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and value proposition
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable contracts and high client satisfaction
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for clients
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions, providing insights and recommendations to clients
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company
Preferred Candidate: * Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the local recruitment market and industry trends
