Monitor entrances and exits of the buildings, ensuring the safety of tenants and property.
Handle emergency security situations in line with company policies.
Conduct regular inspection rounds inside the building and surrounding areas.
Perform minor maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing light bulbs, fixing simple issues).
Assist tenants with basic inquiries and direct them to the relevant department.
Prepare daily reports on security status and urgent maintenance cases.
