We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Building Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial and residential painting, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a clean and professional finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching. Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Ensure proper mixing of paints and finishes to achieve the desired color and consistency. Follow safety procedures and guidelines while working with hazardous materials. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a painter, preferably in a building or construction environment. Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Good physical condition and stamina for lifting and climbing. Valid driver's license (if required for travel).

Preferred Skills:

Experience with specialty finishes (e.g., faux painting, texture). Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in painting.
