Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical skills and creative flair, ensuring that both interior and exterior spaces are visually appealing and functional. The role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. As a Building Painter/Carpenter, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through your skills and expertise.
Responsibilities: * Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.

Apply paint, varnishes, and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even application.
Install and repair wooden structures, including doors, windows, and cabinets, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.
Measure and cut materials accurately to meet project specifications.

Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience in painting and carpentry, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines..
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction and painting.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
