Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate maintenance works (MEP, civil, plumbing, painting)
Manage technicians and daily site activities
Ensure timely completion and quality standards
Communicate with clients and handle site requirements
Prepare basic reports and follow maintenance schedules
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years UAE building maintenance experience
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Strong leadership and site coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple sites independently
Basic English communication (Arabic is a plus)
