About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Independent Recruiter

to place skilled professionals in

construction, real estate, and facility management

roles across the UAE. This role is ideal for recruiters with strong knowledge in

construction project management, MEP systems, facility operations, and building maintenance

.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and workforce demand across the UAE's construction and maintenance sectors. Source qualified professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, industry platforms, and referrals. Screen candidates based on certifications (e.g., PMP, NEBOSH, CFM, HVAC, MEP) and experience in construction and facility operations. Facilitate interviews and assess technical knowledge in areas such as project management, structural engineering, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance. Collaborate with construction firms, property developers, and FM companies to fulfill specific hiring needs. Coordinate interview logistics, gather feedback, and provide coaching to candidates. Maintain an up-to-date talent database with certifications, project experience, and legal compliance. Ensure placements comply with UAE labor laws, safety standards, and engineering regulations. Support onboarding and remain the primary contact post-placement for ongoing client and candidate engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Facility Management (MBA/HR certification is a plus). 2-5 years of experience recruiting in the construction or real estate sector. Solid understanding of UAE construction codes, facility maintenance standards, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment tools. Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
