Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on
Building and Facility Maintenance Supervisor
to oversee the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, supervising technicians, contractors, and maintenance staff and ensuring all building systems operate efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations across all building systems.
Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Inspect facilities regularly to identify repair needs and safety concerns.
Assign tasks and monitor performance of maintenance staff and contractors.
Ensure timely completion and quality of maintenance and repair works.
Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.
Oversee compliance with safety, health, and building regulations.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance works.
Prepare maintenance reports, logs.
Support management with recommendations for facility improvements and cost efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 5-6 years of building/facility maintenance experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of Electrical, plumbing, and civil systems.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Other Requirements:
UAE driving license(preferred).
Willingness to work flexible hours or respond to after-hours emergencies.
