Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and resident requests efficiently
Monitor building access and maintain security protocols
Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for timely services
Receive, log, and deliver packages and deliveries
Manage bookings for building amenities (gym, event hall, etc.)
Address resident inquiries, complaints, or emergencies promptly
Maintain visitor logs and assist in emergency evacuation if needed
Ensure the lobby and common areas are always clean and presentable
Communicate effectively with building management and service providers
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training is a plus
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar concierge, receptionist, or front desk role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
Presentable, well-groomed, and courteous demeanor
