Position Overview:

The Residential Building Concierge/Watchman plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety, security, and overall satisfaction of residents within the building. This position requires a diligent individual with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Security Monitoring:

Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the security of residents and property. Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond to any suspicious activity or breaches.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner. Assist residents with various tasks, such as receiving packages, arranging transportation, and coordinating maintenance requests.

Building Maintenance:

Conduct routine inspections of common areas, reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance requests and repairs.

Emergency Response:

Act as the first point of contact during emergencies, such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches. Follow established protocols to promptly respond to emergencies, notify authorities if necessary, and assist residents as needed.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of security incidents, maintenance activities, and resident interactions. Prepare detailed reports documenting any incidents, observations, or noteworthy occurrences during shifts.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential or hospitality environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Hindi/ (additional languages are a plus). Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Proficiency in using security equipment and systems, such as CCTV cameras and access control systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: AED1,800.00 per month
