Job Details:

Tracking expenses and income, making adjustments and preparing periodic reports. Execution and monitoring of purchase orders, equipment, work orders and approval of accounts payable. Making payments and financial calculations, including tracking calculations between units. Issuing invoices to customers and monitoring their collection. Ongoing advice and assistance to the faculty members on issues under treatment. Maintaining contact with a variety of factors in the faculty and outside. Carrying out additional tasks as needed and as assigned by the head of the administration and the deputy head of the budge

Job Experience:

Several years of experience in independent administrative work in the field of finance. Knowledge of the Hebrew language and knowledge of the English language at a good level. Experience working with computer systems and mastering OFFICE software, including EXCEL. Experience in an ERP system is an advantage.
