Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of boba drinks, including milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies, and specialty beverages.
- Customize drinks based on customer preferences (flavors, sweetness, ice levels, etc.).
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a positive and friendly atmosphere for all guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth service.
- Help create a fun, upbeat environment that customers enjoy coming back to.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS system efficiently.
- Food Safety Certificates is required.
Requirements:
- Previous barista or customer service experience is a plus.
- Passion for boba tea and a desire to learn all about the art of making boba drinks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Must be a team player and able to work in a collaborative environment.
