As a

Bubble Tea Barista

in a

Cloud Kitchen

setting, you will be responsible for efficiently preparing high-quality bubble tea beverages for delivery and pickup. This role emphasizes precision, consistency, and speed in a non-customer-facing environment. You will contribute to a smooth, clean, and organized kitchen operation while upholding food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and assemble a variety of fruit teas, milk teas, and specialty drinks according to standardized recipes Ensure every drink meets quality, taste, and presentation standards before packaging Operate and maintain bubble tea equipment including tea brewers, shakers, sealers, and blenders Follow batching, portioning, and labeling procedures for high-volume production Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill high-volume online orders on time Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all work areas, utensils, and machinery according to health and safety regulations Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisors of restocking needs Adhere strictly to operational protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency Report equipment issues or quality concerns promptly

Requirements & Skills

Experience:

Proven experience making fruit and milk teas in a high-volume or production-based setting

Speed & Accuracy:

Ability to follow recipes with precision and deliver consistent results under time pressure

Organization:

Highly organized and efficient in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Food Safety:

Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards in a food preparation area

Reliability:

Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality work

Working Hours:

Comfortable working long hours

Preferred:

Familiarity with cloud kitchen or delivery-only food operations Experience with kitchen display systems (KDS) or delivery platform integrations (e.g., Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon, Smiles)
