Job Summary

One of our client is a leading Luxury Real Estate Developer in the UAE.

We are looking for an energetic and creative

BTL Marketing Manager

to lead all

on-ground marketing, brand activation, and lead generation

initiatives for their upcoming real estate projects.

The ideal candidate will have

strong experience in UAE real estate marketing

, hands-on knowledge of

event management, brand activations, and vendor coordination

, and the ability to deliver measurable results from every campaign.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute

on-ground marketing events

including property roadshows, exhibitions, mall activations, and project launches. Develop and implement

BTL campaigns

to drive brand awareness and generate quality leads. Coordinate with

sales teams

to align marketing activations with sales goals. Manage

branding collaterals

such as brochures, signage, giveaways, and display materials. Handle

vendor relationships

, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely execution within approved budgets. Monitor

ROI

for each activation and prepare detailed reports for management review. Ensure

brand consistency

across all physical marketing channels. Collaborate with the

digital and ATL marketing

teams for integrated campaigns.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

5-8 years of experience

in

BTL or Activation Marketing

, preferably in

real estate

or a

developer environment

in the UAE. Proven track record in managing events, activations, and on-ground campaigns. Excellent project management, vendor negotiation, and communication skills. Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics and customer behavior. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
