  • Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
  • Start Date: Immediate to 30 days
Key Responsibilities:
  • Book contractor payments in SAP, ensuring reconciliation with funds received from clients.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of Contractors' Statements of Account (SOA).
  • Prepare client billings after verifying supporting documents and related vendor invoices.
  • Apply client payments in SAP and ensure they are accurately posted.
  • Reconcile Customer SOAs, apply payments, and follow up on pending invoices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, specifically in the real estate sector.
  • Proven experience in using SAP for accounting and reconciliation tasks.
