Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced
Sales Manager
to lead and manage relationships with
real estate brokers
and drive the sales of
property development projects
across Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in the Dubai real estate market, strong broker network connections, and experience managing off-plan or ready-to-move developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, manage, and expand strong relationships with
real estate brokers
, agents, and channel partners across local and international markets.
Drive
sales performance
for assigned real estate developments, ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are met or exceeded.
Coordinate with internal departments, developers, and marketing teams to ensure updated inventory, pricing, and promotional offers.
Conduct
broker briefings, training sessions, site tours
, and product presentations to boost project visibility and sales conversion.
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies.
Maintain a database of active brokers and clients, ensuring CRM systems are up-to-date.
Negotiate deals, close high-value transactions, and handle client escalations if needed.
Provide regular reporting on broker activity, leads, and sales funnel status to senior management.
Ensure complete compliance with
Dubai Land Department (DLD)
and
RERA
regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
2 to 5 years of proven sales experience in
Dubai real estate
, with strong knowledge of both
off-plan and ready
properties.
Existing network of brokers and developers is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, etc.) are a plus.
Dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven professional.
Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
