Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Business Development Manager

to lead our

Environment Division

, focusing on

waste management operations

and

commercial growth

. The role requires deep industry knowledge, particularly in sustainable waste solutions, environmental compliance, and operational excellence within the UAE/GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business development strategies for environmental services, with a focus on integrated waste management. Identify and secure new business opportunities in industrial, governmental, and commercial sectors. Oversee operational efficiency and ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations. Lead tendering processes, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and participate in contract negotiations. Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders including government authorities, municipalities, and private clients. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with environmental standards. Stay up to date with market trends, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions. Achieve revenue and growth targets while maintaining profitability and service excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's preferred). 5-8 years of relevant experience in environmental services or waste management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or business development role. Strong understanding of environmental compliance, sustainable waste practices, and UAE/GCC regulations. Proven success in securing high-value contracts and managing strategic partnerships. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Valid UAE driving license preferred

Salary can be finalized as per the experience and the technical know how after interview

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
