Contacting existing clients and property owners;
Preparation of offers;
Timely conduct of necessary administrative tasks related to properties;
Maintaining a database and regularly updating real estate;
Researching the real estate market and monitoring industry trends .

Job Requirements
With or without previous work experience in the same or similar position;
Minimum Secondary Education;
Possession of a driver's license (active driver);
Proactive and results-oriented person;
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Loyalty, professionalism and discretion;
Respect for the company's rules and values;
Positive attitude, initiative and desire to learn and progress .
