Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Broker to oversee property sales, manage agents, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, proven leadership skills, and a strong sales background. This role requires building client relationships, ensuring legal compliance, and guiding a team of real estate agents toward achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily operations of the brokerage, including supervising real estate agents. Recruit, train, and mentor real estate agents to enhance performance and meet company goals. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, property listings, and overall profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, investors, and developers. Negotiate and close property sales and rental deals while ensuring client satisfaction. Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws, regulations, and RERA requirements. Monitor market trends, research property values, and prepare reports for management. Represent the company at networking events, property expos, and meetings with clients. Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, and client communications.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Senior Agent in the UAE. Strong knowledge of the local property market, laws, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets. Strong business acumen and client management skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
