Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Broker to join its high?performing Abu Dhabi team. Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital outreach.
Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi.
Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and manage the full sales or leasing process.
Maintain an up?to?date portfolio of available properties and stay informed about new launches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners.
Prepare and review necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with UAE real estate regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, administration, and CRM, to support client transactions.
Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Property Consultant in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, communities, and developers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
ADREC/RERA certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it.
Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools is a plus.
Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
