Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Broker to join our elite brokerage team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, deep knowledge of the local property market, and a proven ability to close high-value transactions. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage client relationships, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Source, list, and manage residential and commercial property listings
Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in real estate transactions
Conduct property viewings, valuations, and market analyses
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
Build and maintain a strong client network through referrals, networking, and marketing
Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional materials
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through professional service and follow-up
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a licensed real estate broker in the UAE
In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Proven track record of successful property transactions
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
RERA or DMT certification preferred
