Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and licensed Real Estate Broker to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong network, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record in managing high-value transactions. You will oversee property deals, mentor agents, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee property transactions across residential and commercial sectors
Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients
Supervise and support real estate agents in achieving sales targets
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all transactions
Negotiate and close high-value deals with professionalism and strategic insight
Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
Contribute to business development and expansion initiatives
Maintain accurate records using CRM and transaction management systems
Qualifications
Valid UAE real estate broker license or equivalent certification
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or management
Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE property market
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
Proficiency in CRM platforms and real estate software
High ethical standards and a client-focused approach
