Key Responsibilities
Prospect and follow up with leads to drive property sales and leasing
Provide expert advice and market insights to clients
Manage the full sales cycle--from listing to closing
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, mortgage advisors, and legal support
Stay updated on market trends, developer launches, and regulatory changes
Represent the company at networking events and property exhibitions
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Abu Dhabi's real estate market
Proven track record in direct property sales
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Strong knowledge of UAE property laws and market dynamics
UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
