Take guests\' orders accurately and enter them into the POS system, ensuring special requests and dietary preferences are noted and communicated to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, carrying trays or plates as needed and ensuring proper presentation and garnishing.
Check back with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction, replenish beverages, and offer additional items or condiments.
Anticipate guests\' needs and respond promptly to requests for refills, extra napkins, or other amenities, demonstrating a proactive and attentive approach to service.
Clear tables efficiently, removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils, and resetting tables for the next guests.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as slicing fruit, toasting bread, or pouring beverages, as needed to support the kitchen and service staff.
Collaborate with other members of the breakfast team, including cooks, hosts/hostesses, and to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices, to ensure a safe and hygienic dining environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server in a restaurant, cafe, or hotel setting, with a strong understanding of food and beverage service principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact warmly and professionally with guests and colleagues.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the needs of the business.
