LOCATION: GBS Pakistan for APMEA West
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
The Brand Operations Executive primary responsibility is to lead projects and establishing on-time completion of deliverables for APMEA West market. The Brand Operations Executive needs to ensure effective delivery of all new product initiatives by working closely with Brand and cross functional team. The candidate should have the learning agility of acquiring knowledge about brand management and product management for all BMP projects. The individual is also required to be able to inspire trust, create vision, execute best possible strategy, and have potential to keep synergy within team and other stakeholders across.

Geographic Scope: APMEA West
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Coordinate & champion the BAT operations process and associated system across functions, driving best-practice, ensuring full audit compliance (Decision Rights, Protocols, and the HIVE system usage) for all assigned product/packaging & NPI project Track and manage all vendors payments and enlist new vendors in the system
Develop & execute accurate briefs enabling packaging development, product diagnostics/development, consumer research, performance tracking, NPI and procurement.
Effective cross-functional stakeholder management to facilitate delivery of core business priorities
Ensure adherence to governance protocols related to product, packaging & comms development (LEX, EMF cycle deliverables, IBG/RSU, RPC, EM LT)
Ensuring escalation within time for NCLs
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Delivering all NPIs projects on timely manner (to meet OTIF delivery, raise escalation at the right time to meet timeline)
Solid alignment to packaging guidelines in development of artwork to ensure smooth approval process
High accuracy on project system and ensuring it is kept up-to date
Ensuring 100% compliance on NPI project management
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Experience Required
Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in Marketing/ Brand or Project Management
A graduate in Marketing Business Management or Project Management.
