SENIORITY LEVEL: Brand Operations Associate (G33)
FUNCTION: Brand Operations
LOCATION: GBS Pakistan for APMEA West
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This position is within the Brand Operations team for APMEA West market. The Brand Operations Associate will be responsible for overall coordination of Purchase Order generation to Goods Received Note (GRN) and budget usage as well as providing reports and analysis to the team with regards to brand spend. The Brand Operations Associate will manage the contracts & asset management system for all brand activities. The Brand Operations Associate is required to support the team in NPI project management.
Reports to: Brand Operations Manager
Geographic Scope: APMEA West
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Purchase Order (PO) generation and ensuring follow up with suppliers on timely receipt
Track and manage all vendors payments and enlist new vendors in the system
Manage all Goods Received Note (GRN) activities
Regularly track and provide insights into Brand Spend Expenditure (BSE) usage and spend based on request
Dashboarding & Analytics for BSE Management
Management of Supplier contracts & sourcing coordination with procurement
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS INCLUDE
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Ensuring 100% compliance on PO & GRN Management
Seamless Contract Management
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Experience Required
Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in marketing or finance
Experience in project management & stakeholder management
Proficient in management of Purchase Order (PO), GRN & Budget
A graduate in Marketing, Business Management or Finance.
