Job Overview:
As a Brand Manager for F&B and Luxury Retail, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and enhance customer loyalty. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the F&B and Retail industries, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
You must be based in the UAE and have local experience.**

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Define and communicate the brand\'s value proposition and positioning in the F&B and Retail markets.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of competitors in the F&B and Retail sectors.
  • Identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive opportunities to inform brand strategy.
  • Design and supervise the creation of compelling marketing campaigns and content.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across various channels, including digital and traditional media.
  • Plan and execute successful product launches and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to align launches with market demands.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience in F&B and Retail outlets.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to make data-driven improvements.
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Track and analyze financial performance against set targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and design, to ensure brand consistency.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and retail vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms.
  • Work closely with design teams to create appealing retail packaging.
  • Oversee in-store merchandising to optimize product visibility and sales.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility.
  • Utilize social media platforms to engage with the target audience and drive brand awareness.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Fashion Design.
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager in the Luxury Retail industries.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
