Brand Manager - Edible Oil & Fats

• Manage the brands efficiently through managing the brand performance and executing the annual marketing plan.
• Leads the development and execution of the annual marketing plan
• Responsible for the P&L of specific brands
• Lead portfolio communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Lead agencies through the development and execution of the advertising and consumer promotion support plan
• Be the right brand ambassador who drives equity, awareness and off-take
• Executes program metric alignment and measurement.
• Provides input in monthly analytics of syndicated resources and internal performance metrics
• Guide's agency partners in event marketing initiatives and execution
• Execute marketing plans including consumer promotions, advertising, shopper marketing, PR, digital and events
• Assist marketing team with the development and tracking of pricing and retail promotional strategies.
• Assist with P&L management and reconciliation.
• Participate in new product and packaging projects and new product pipeline development.

• Strong teamwork, problem solving and presentation skills
• Advanced PC skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP, statistical software desired
• Excellent written and verbal communication, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
• Strong project planning and management skills
• Highly motivated individual with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
