The hired resource will be responsible support the overall marketing / business strategies for MENA, with priority focus on KSA, UAE, Egypt. The individual will also be responsible for spear heading implementation of Business Plan and Annual Business plan in close collaboration with teams and to drive the innovations agendas.

Manage brand portfolio & influence cross-functional team to achieve targeted volume, share, contribution, and image results. Analyse market trends and development with the aim of identifying incremental volume and share opportunities.
Manage & evolve portfolio in line with the Masterbrand thinking.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement world-class marketing programs analysing market trends and development with the aim of identifying incremental volume and share opportunities.
Execute the plans in collaboration with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to deliver against results.
Ensure strategic brand communications (including advertising, digital, e-Commerce, promotion, and media plans) via deep consumer understanding, KBI tracking, and following category strategy guidelines for total portfolio.
Challenge and build on existing frameworks (especially Liquid & Linked) to drive greater results in effectiveness and cost efficiency across all IMC areas.
Foster creativity and innovation in consumer activation to aid in delivering the strategic business destination and deliver as per stretching brand targets.
Leverage media opportunities across various channels of communication (such as radio, TV, print, internet, and assets) to maximize consumer impressions and expressions.
Ensure the execution of assets to maximize the ROI on each asset.
Develop and manage the required strategic alliances with key partners in this field (ie portals, rich media providers)
Develop solutions for amplification including traditional media and new formats (digital, assets, PR plans, etc).

Requirement/Qualification:
Deep business acumen, at least 7-10 years of experience in brand management within the GCC with a focus on KSA and UAE.
