A DAY IN THE LIFE \xe2\x80\xa6
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the target consumer and facilitate decision-making by providing ongoing data and insights with full support of CIMI.
  • Bring strong digital knowhow to the communication development and media planning process by staying up to date with trends and relevant emerging platforms.
  • Partner with media and communication agencies and work with our eBusiness teams to expand our brand presence and develop compelling content for digital marketing.
  • Support in developing annual brand strategic priorities and input for ICP development by clusters in collaboration with the Regional Marketing Manager and/or SBM.
  • Support in the development and rollout of centralized communication toolkits.
  • Support the creative development process and equity measurement for centralized brands communications.
  • Execute and track progress to ensure projects, I&R, and business plans are executed and results tracked.
  • Execute SKU Harmonization/Optimization/Simplification initiatives.
  • Support in PFME planning and tracking at brand/cluster based on pre-defined budgets, with recommendations to optimize/revise to be submitted to Regional Marketing Manager/SBM.
  • Support in the development & rollout of the regional promotional strategy alongside the Regional CDT along with the toolkits.
  • Own packaging development process ensuring full compliance to the global guidelines / D2D.
  • Conduct market share analysis to identify emerging opportunities and trends on the regional level.
  • Actively participate in the monthly review with regional team and clusters for inspiration, learnings, and action plans.
What will make you successful\xe2\x80\xa6
  • 4-5 years of experience in marketing, which may include some years in other functions, ideally in CDT/Sales at Nestl\xc3\xa9 or equivalent FMCG - at least 3 years in Marketing.
  • Strong learning agility, analytical & conceptual ability, project management skills, and influencing abilities.
  • Solid Experience in digital marketing is a must.
  • Experience in product launch and renovation projects working with cross-functional team.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic is required.
