Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing within the fashion, footwear, or leather goods industry, preferably in premium/luxury segments.
  • Deep understanding of brand development for culturally significant products like Arabic sandals and globally relevant categories like leather sneakers.
  • Proven success in launching and managing premium or luxury footwear lines.
  • Strong creative instincts and aesthetic sense, especially for product styling and visual content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, e-commerce platforms, and social media analytics.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with design, production, and sales teams.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Prior experience working with or managing brands in the GCC or Middle East.
  • Knowledge of leather sourcing, grading, and product lifecycle in footwear.
  • Arabic language proficiency is a plus, especially for local market alignment.
