Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing within the fashion, footwear, or leather goods industry, preferably in premium/luxury segments.
Deep understanding of brand development for culturally significant products like Arabic sandals and globally relevant categories like leather sneakers.
Proven success in launching and managing premium or luxury footwear lines.
Strong creative instincts and aesthetic sense, especially for product styling and visual content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, e-commerce platforms, and social media analytics.
Ability to work cross-functionally with design, production, and sales teams.
Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience working with or managing brands in the GCC or Middle East.
Knowledge of leather sourcing, grading, and product lifecycle in footwear.
Arabic language proficiency is a plus, especially for local market alignment.
