About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Brand Loyalty Customer Service Advisor to join our Brand Loyalty Team in Jumeirah Burj Al Arab.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards our members, always.
  • Acknowledging and resolving member complaints and responding promptly to their inquiries by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints via our CRM platform.
  • Communicating and coordinating with other Jumeirah colleagues, as necessary.
  • Supporting the administration of the programme and loyalty department.
  • Providing feedback and insights to management based on member interactions which may include recommendation for potential products or service improvements, highlighting pain points in the customer journey or suggestions for changes to processes and procedures.
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.
About you:

The ideal candidate will have the below qualifications and experience:
  • Proficient spoken and written English.
  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
