In Sanofi we develop and maintain relationships with thought leaders, presenting information and marketing new products to physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure sales and patient identification numbers are met. To drive patient identification and reimbursement and sustain the patients on treatment, providing support to medical and paramedical communities on the optimum use of the product.

Our team Strategically manage and promote product, ensuring successful market performance and maximizing positive impact on patients\xe2\x80\x99 health while collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with healthcare professionals.

Main responsibilities:

Lead commercial operations of a therapy area by effective planning and execution around the patient journey

Use and interpret appropriate data to inform and make robust strategic and investment decisions

Accelerate reach through digital channels while remaining consistent with the global business strategy * Lead, develop, and execute effective omnichannel campaigns aligning with strategic objectives.

• Build the required scientific evidence to support the brand differentiation and competitive mindset
• Ensure securing treatment supply through frequent insightful long-range demand planning
• Track and evaluate performance versus defined performance Measures and targets
• Build, expand and strengthen patient services to optimize treatment outcomes
• Identify and execute key projects and initiatives to shorten the diagnosis time and identify patients
• Countries\xe2\x80\x99 reshaping of the MS & RD ecosystems via strategic partnerships with governments, associations, HC institutions etc
• Accelerate growth in Saudi Arabia and ensure full implementation of the RD70 vision
• Formulate and roll out a competitive pricing strategy to ensure brand/portfolio\xe2\x80\x99s market competitiveness and profitability
• Provide overall direction and vision for the sales team to develop the team\xe2\x80\x99s scientific, operational, and business direction as well as lifting their knowledge and diseases communication capabilities
• Conduct effective internal meetings and interaction to drive business output including Operational Review Meetings, Brand Team Meeting, Induction Training, Demand Review meetings and other relevant meetings
• Participate in country reviews and network to align the local strategies and to represent the local opportunities and progress
• Ensure Robust P&L management to ensure profitability and rewarding BOI
• Position Sanofi as a partner of choice for External Experts and thought Leaders through patient focus and high-quality disease & product knowledge.
• Ensure team conducts daily tasks in alignment with our values, policies, and SOP\xe2\x80\x99s

About you

• Experience: More than 4 years of experience in or equivalent in the medical / scientific field

• Soft skills: Analytical Skills , communication skills & fast learner
• Education: Bs. Degree - additional studies preferred
• Languages: Fluent English language is a must
