Position Overview
Al-Futtaim is seeking a Jr. Product Trainer for Watsons in Dubai. The role focuses on developing and delivering high-quality product and sales training for beauty consultants, enhancing product awareness, sales targets, and customer experience. The trainer will serve as a brand ambassador, collaborating with multiple departments to implement training strategies, support promotional activities, and contribute to recruitment in high-profile locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product training strategies in collaboration with senior management and store managers
• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to beauty consultants on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Enhance brand awareness by promoting consultation skills, home care recommendations, and upselling practices
• Support company promotional activities and ensure training aligns with brand objectives
• Build strong relationships with operations teams and store managers, providing feedback and performance guidance
• Act as a role model and brand ambassador for Watsons standards and practices
• Manage training programs focused on sales, service, and customer experience, including Mystery Shop evaluations
• Prepare and submit timely training reports and plans in line with corporate policies and budgets
• Participate in regional training conferences and seminars to stay updated on best practices
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of beauty consultants in flagship locations

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in business, retail, or a related field
• Experience in the health and beauty retail industry
• Previous experience delivering training in a retail environment, preferably in beauty or lifestyle sectors
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with excellent time management abilities
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver results effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across departments
• Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
