In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, coordinating marketing efforts, and providing comprehensive training to our sales team and retail partners. Responsibilities: As a Brand Executive and Product Trainer, your primary responsibilities will include: \xc2\xb7 Collaborating with the Sales teams to develop and implement brand strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth. \xc2\xb7 Coordinating marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional advertising, social media initiatives, and promotional events. \xc2\xb7 Managing the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. \xc2\xb7 Conducting market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for product differentiation. \xc2\xb7 Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to the sales team and retail partners on product features, benefits, and selling techniques. \xc2\xb7 Providing ongoing support to retail partners, including product knowledge updates, merchandising guidance, and marketing materials. \xc2\xb7 Analyzing sales data and market feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies, making recommendations for improvement. \xc2\xb7 Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. \xc2\xb7 Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the suppliers to ensure timely product availability. \xc2\xb7 Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for business growth. Requirements: To excel in the role of Brand Executive and Product Trainer, you should possess the following qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Previous experience in brand management, product training, or related roles. \xc2\xb7 Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences. \xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. \xc2\xb7 Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market research, and consumer insights. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking in developing marketing strategies and training materials. \xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external partners. \xc2\xb7 Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. \xc2\xb7 Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
