We acquired exclusive rights to the Tchibo franchise in the MENA region, selling the German brand's homeware and apparel at very competitive prices associated with premium customer care environment. Our UAE presence evolved into our central operational hub from where we distribute rapidly to other markets. Role Purpose The Brand Executive is responsible for assisting in developing the brand operational, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability. He/ she is liable to focus on achieving brand business objectives in the short and long term. Responsibilities Assist brand Manager in supervising daily operations of the organization. Develop productive, profitable and achievement oriented working environment for employees. Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion. Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services. Educate operations team on best practices, company policies and service excellence standards. Maintain operational guidelines for staffs. Determine staffing requirements, work assignment and schedules for new projects. Coordinate with brand Manager in different operational issues and promotional activities. Evaluate current strategies and recommend improvements. Generate operational reports as needed. supports the BM and coordinates purchasing and orders Demonstrate advanced product knowledge through sharing information with the BM by competitive shopping, shopping stores and the market. Manage and upload Purchase orders Qualifications: 2 to 3 years of experience as a junior Business development/ brand management or related field. Bachelor's degree in Business administration, accounting, Marketing, finance or related field. Previous experience in retail is a must. Proven ability to work cross-functionally. Experience managing a brand across multiple markets. Creative thinker and problem solver. Location: Jebel Ali/ UAE/ Dubai Job Types: Full-time, Contract
