We are looking for HPV Brand & Customer Manager, GCC in our Vaccines\xc2\xb4 team.

Key responsibilities:

Development and leading country-specific Marketing strategy and support the efforts to commercialize and grow the portfolio in line with the country\xe2\x80\x99s financial performance objectives.

Lead the cross-functional team effort to build a seamless consumer journey and the development and execution of overall digital marketing strategies and tactics that drive business outcomes.

Select optimal consumer touch points by delivering activation programs and actions to drive brand growth.

Managing launches of vaccine implementation programs & private market expansion across GCC.

Planning, Implementing, and tracking campaigns, initiatives, and promotional materials directed at different internal and external stakeholders, such as HCPs, sales teams, or patients.

Effectively allocate resources and manage budgets. While tracking progress and adjusting activities accordingly.

Forecasting & tracking product sales.

Training, challenging, and driving the sales force in the execution of plans via salesforce engagement materials and communication updates.

Demonstrate ability to lead and influence people and teams not reporting directly to Brand and Customer Manager Vaccines GCC.

Flex and adapt rapidly to new situations and continually seek new opportunities.

Manage and build a strong network with scientific leaders & Key stakeholders.

Collaborate extensively and successfully with peers, local CFT, Regional and Global colleagues.

Ensure adherence to and implementation of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s compliance processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master\'s degree is a plus.

Minimum of 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 of proven experience in brand management.

Experience in FMCG is a plus.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative brand strategies and solutions.

Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embrace change.

Passion for developing and implementing innovative customer solutions, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Strong digital and omni-channel experiences.

Based in Saudi or UAE.
