We are looking for an experienced Creative Director to provide ideas to launch and deliver impressive new projects. You will devise the concepts and strategies for a particular venture and will monitor its progress. You will be able to implement your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that needs to make its way to the customers. The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome of our projects both visually and essentially to meet customer expectations and drive our sustainable growth. Creative Director Responsibilities: Planning and overseeing the development of company advertisements. Heading brand campaigns, including submitting ideas for projects and overseeing the development of all creative content. Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas. Supervising all work done by the creative department and providing feedback for improvement. Working with executives and team members to obtain knowledge of the customers' requirements and to set project deadlines, budget, and content goals. Recruiting, directing, and motivating team members to help them use their talents effectively. Creative Director Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Design, Marketing, or any related field. Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative role. Hands-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Outstanding leadership and public speaking skills. Exceptional planning and organization skills. Time-management skills. Ability to oversee projects, budgets, and the creative department.
