Your role: As a Creative Director, you will serve as a hyper-collaborative leader who has a profound level of creative voice and vision. This role is all about core brand creation and being able to establish a team to bring a visual brand to life. Your portfolio will have a bursting creative ideas and work across a broad selection of brands, clients, and sectors. You will be responsible for the all the creative projects, advertising, and brand campaigns. Accountable for the financial profitability of the department, being able to identify and qualify new business leads and growth opportunities with existing and prospect clients. Must-haves: A well-established Creative Director with corporate identity experience within a creative agency. 12+ years of relevant experience. A big picture person with exceptional creativity to push and explore ideas beyond the norm. An expert eye for composition and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Arabic. Managing Expectations: At Mindfield we are driven by mutually agreed KPIs and service levels.
