Brand Coordinator
Job Description
Distributing stocks of designated brands to stores
Reallocating stocks based on sales
Creating the Purchase Order
Processing the Invoices for the consigned Brands
Preparing GRN/Costing Sheet
Calculating brand specific incentives for retail staff
Handling inventory control
Stock Ageing analysis
Liaising with logistics and procurement team at the Principal end for shipment
Involving in Brand sponsored events
Coordinating for brand related training for retail staff
Handling customer queries
Assisting the Department with all aspects of day to day reporting
Profile
Graduate preferably in business management, accounts or computers
2+ years of relevant experience
Excellent /Advanced skills in MS Excel
Excellent communication skills / Fluent in English
Good Interpersonal skills
Good understanding of retail brands
Ability to work under pressure and stringent timelines.
