A Brand Compliance Manager, Destination Restaurant Group, Dubai Package up to 25,000 UAE Dirhams ($6,800) per month plus an annual bonus We are looking for a Brand Compliance Manager to manage the implementation of brand standard material and manuals for the development of the group into new markets in the middle east. Our client is a market leader in restaurant operations across the globe. Things you will be doing as a Brand Compliance Manager:
- Review and develop the company Brand standard Manuals
- To support the Project Director for all active projects
- Support FOH & BOH for all venues and help set brand standard training
- To use existing tools, systems and KPIs to monitor brand compliance and develop new for independent units
- Audit reports and identify areas of development.
- To consult with stakeholders, operators, and directors on a plan of action following the audits
- Develop a high-performing team delivering clear goals
- Have experience in the hospitality sector within brand management roles
- Have worked in new openings in Europe and the Middle East
- A background in destination restaurants is preferred, with a track record in operational management
- A strong understanding of market trends
- A high level of written or spoken English
- Have excellent operational and analytical skills
- A problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
