What You'll Do

• Assist in procurement and administrative tasks including RFP preparation, purchase requisitions, and supply coordination
• Support communication workflows across internal departments and with third-party PR and creative agencies
• Maintain digital folders, PR databases, and social media accounts, ensuring up-to-date and organized brand content
• Help execute media events, press briefings, and familiarization trips through itinerary planning and content development
• Contribute to the creation of internal communication drafts, reports, and stakeholder presentations

Ideal Profile

• Hospitality school student or recent graduate with a strong interest in branding or communications
• Previous internship or operational experience in a luxury hospitality setting is an asset
• Strong written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• Tech-savvy, organized, and proactive with excellent attention to detail
