Own the relationship with influencers: screening process and final selection, contract, content plan & briefing on campaigns.
Manage professional makeup artist relationships including makeup schools, content creation and consumer facing master classes.
You recommend the right allocation of the advocacy budget between influencers.
Creating social content
Create & localize digital media content together with Product Brand Manager to define best in class activations.
Ensure consistent tone of voice across all platforms.
Implement content strategies on all platforms (Youtube, Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat\xe2\x80\xa6).
Coordinate live shopping on social media with key ecommerce clients (together with Online Brand Manager).
Generate big ideas with passion and energy to build creative briefs to agencies or influencers.
Validate the creative direction of the campaign and follow up closely on the execution: posts delivered in time, optimizing content/wording, ensuring of the alignment with the brand values and goals.
Get in touch with the retail activation manager and Online Business Manager, you co develop social assets suitable for retailers / retailers\xe2\x80\x99 post.
Tracking KPIs and generating learnings:
Generate and track Earned media.
Adapt paid media strategy by identifying contents overperforming and allocate support to accelerate.
Update & analyze the brands social dashboards of paid & earned media performance and social listening, giving recommendations to management, feeding social trends to the team.
Analyze the brand campaigns KPIs, build with our partner agencies the end of campaign reports and recommend an action plan for the next ones.
Present the learnings to the division management committee and to the global marketing development team.
Develop an understanding of consumers and shoppers through social engagement.
Plan, allocate and execute total budget for influencer marketing.
Leading social and influencing brand events
You will lead brand events to elevate the brand purpose or to promote new launches.

At least +3 years of experience from a similar position.
Experience with community management, influencer strategy and/or earned media (media experience is a plus).
Experience with multiple stakeholders and/or agency management.
Excellent interpersonal skills to nurture the relationship with influencers and build new partnerships (Tik Tok content creators, live-streamers etc.).
A hands-on approach and a drive that enables you to get things done.
