We're looking for a proactive Service Team Leader to lead and inspire our service team at Pizza Di Rocco. If you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy guiding teams, and love creating memorable customer experiences, this role is for you!
What You'll Do
Lead, train, and motivate service staff to deliver top-notch food & beverage service for dine-in, take-away, and delivery Ensure smooth day-to-day operations: order accuracy, POS management, payments, and cash handling Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to company SOPs and safety standards Handle customer queries and feedback professionally, promoting upselling and customer satisfaction Support marketing efforts and contribute to business growth (promotions, new delivery areas) Oversee service area operations, delegate tasks, and ensure timely completion of duties Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance with policies
What We're Looking For
4-5 years' experience in F&B, hotel, or customer service, with leadership experience preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Customer-focused, organized, and able to perform under pressure Proficient in MS Office and POS systems Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
