Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all dealership activities.
Record and reconcile all transactions, including vehicle purchases, consignment sales, commissions, and fees.
Manage accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely payments and collections.
Reconcile bank accounts, cash flow, and credit card transactions.
Prepare monthly P&L statements and support management reporting.
Track and report on inventory costs, margins, and profitability.
Assist in VAT preparation and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
Support year-end closing and external audits where required.
Help streamline and improve financial processes for greater efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and reconciliation.
Familiarity with
UAE VAT rules and compliance
.
Understanding of the
Profit Margin Scheme
in the UAE is a strong advantage.
Experience with
Odoo ERP

Proficiency in Excel and basic financial reporting.
