Handle incoming booking requests through online platforms (website, apps, email, social media, etc.).
Confirm bookings with customers and update them in the reservation system.
Coordinate with internal teams (such as operations or service team) to manage booking capacities.
Follow up with customers for confirmations, cancellations, or rescheduling.
Resolve booking-related inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure accurate data entry of all bookings and customer information.
Monitor online booking platforms to ensure availability and accurate information is displayed.
Maintain proper records and generate daily/weekly booking reports.
Assist in improving the online booking experience by providing feedback and suggestions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
Previous experience in reservations, front desk, or customer service is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Comfortable using online booking systems, Excel, and email.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
