As an estimator, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, creating accurate repair estimates, and working collaboratively with insurance adjusters and clients to ensure a smooth repair process. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of automotive repair processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Examine damaged vehicles and determine the extent of structural, body,
- Utilize industry-standard software to prepare comprehensive, accurate, and
- Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters to verify coverage and repair
- Educate customers about the repair process, including insurance claims
- Negotiate repair costs with insurance representatives and seek approval for all
- Experience working with automotive repair and insurance industries,
- Maintain thorough documentation of repair estimates, including photos and
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, repair techniques, and tools.
- Collaborate with the repair team to ensure timely and quality repair services.
- 5 Years of proven experience as a body shop estimator, UAE Experience.
- Knowledge of industry-standard estimating software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and high standards for accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with automotive repair techniques, tools, and vehicles.
- Valid Driver\'s license with an excellent driving record
