We are seeking a skilled and experienced Boat Driver/Captain to operate and maintain our vessels safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of navigation, maritime safety regulations, and vessel maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate and navigate boats in compliance with maritime laws and company policies.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure vessels are in optimal condition.
Ensure the safety of passengers, crew, and cargo at all times.
Monitor weather conditions and make informed decisions to ensure safe operations.
Maintain logs of trips, fuel usage, and maintenance activities.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for passengers.
Requirements:
Valid boat captain's license and relevant certifications (e.g., STCW, RYA).
Proven experience as a Boat Driver or Captain.
Strong knowledge of maritime navigation and safety procedures.
Ability to operate various types of boats and equipment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with local waterways and ports.
First Aid and CPR certification.
Experience with luxury or passenger vessels is a plus.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
